Tulpar Academic Publishing is an independent academic publisher established in 2014. It publishes peer-reviewed, open-access journals serving researchers, practitioners, educators and other readers across a growing range of academic disciplines.
The current journal portfolio includes the Challenge Journal of Structural Mechanics, Challenge Journal of Concrete Research Letters and Challenge Journal of Perioperative Medicine. Together, these journals provide publication platforms for research in structural mechanics and engineering, concrete and cementitious materials, and perioperative medicine and related clinical fields.
Published articles are made immediately available without subscription barriers. The journals do not charge submission, article processing or publication fees. Editorial decisions are based on journal scope, scholarly merit, methodological soundness, ethical compliance and independent peer review, without influence from financial or commercial considerations.
