The Journal and Tulpar Academic Publishing collect and process personal data only where necessary for journal administration, manuscript submission, peer review, editorial decision-making, publication, scholarly communication, website security and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data may include names, contact details, institutional affiliations, ORCID identifiers, account information, manuscript and review records, editorial correspondence and technical information generated through use of the journal website.

Access to personal data is limited to authorised editors, editorial staff and publishing personnel. Information may also be processed by technical service providers acting on behalf of the Publisher or disclosed to competent authorities where required by law. Reviewers receive only the information necessary for the peer-review process and in accordance with the Journal's double-blind review policy.

Author names, affiliations, ORCID identifiers and other publication-related metadata may become publicly available when an article is published. Email addresses and other contact information are not made public unless publication, correspondence or the author's explicit instructions require otherwise.
